INFORMATION FROM APRIL 2026

ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess launching Summer 2026

We are thrilled to announce that we are replacing our Membership Service Portal (MSP) with two new systems, ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess

The upgrade is part of ECITB’s ongoing commitment to provide you with the best possible service. The new systems will enhance our efficiency, improve your experience and ensure that we continue to meet your needs with the highest standards of reliability and performance.

What is ECITB Creatio

ECITB Creatio is a web-based system which will manage the end-to-end learner registration, scheduling of tests, completion and certification processes for all ECITB licenced products including CCNSG, all training (PEP, HSO, site operations, upskill, supervision, project control, RCC-M etc), all PCAS training and all technical tests.

What is ECITB eAssess

You will only use ECITB eAssess if you conduct technical tests and / or CCNSG online renewal testing. ECITB eAssess is a flexible and secure web-based online assessment system for conducting online tests.  eAssess offers robust reporting functionalities, providing detailed insights into test results. It also offers ECITB the ability to continually improve the robustness of our technical tests.

Update on ECITB Creatio and ECTIB eAssess launch date

ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess are now planned to launch in Summer 2026, instead of April 2026.

This will allow you more time to become confident with ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess and help ensure a smooth transition.

We understand that may feel frustrating and may create additional work for you. The decision to move the launch date was not taken lightly and we do believe the extra time will allow us to focus on ensuring you feel confident with the new systems when we launch. Our priority is to fully support you and keep you fully informed throughout the process.

Supporting you with the launch

Confirmed launch date

We will share the confirmed launch date of ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess with you well in advance. We will also ensure you have plenty of notice on what to do if you have training scheduled during the launch period and other important information. We are here to support you to make sure you are ready for the launch.

Knowledge site

This new launch date gives us time to build up the information on our dedicated knowledge site which will host demonstration videos, user guides, and other helpful resources.

Whilst the site currently only contains a launch FAQs here, which covers the reasons we moved the go live date, and other general questions about ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess, we will be updating the site regularly. We will let you know when we add more information.

Demonstration webinars

We will be hosting demonstration webinars closer to the go live date. These sessions will be hosted live, allowing you to ask questions in the session where we will take you through the systems, showing how they work, and the benefits they bring. We will send calendar invites closer to the launch date.

We will not share the recordings of the webinars after the event, instead we will share demonstration videos on our knowledge site, we will let you know when these are available.

Monthly ATP drop-in sessions

Please attend our ATP drop-ins at 9am GMT on the second Tuesday of each month, where we will keep you updated on the launch and answer any questions you have.

Post launch drop-in sessions

After we go live, we will run a series of drop-in support sessions to ensure everyone feels confident and comfortable using the new systems. More information about these sessions will be shared closer to the time.

These sessions will be in addition to a suite of support we will offer after we go live.
