What is ‘set up week’?

Set up week gives training providers with courses or training starting between Monday 7th September and Friday 11th September early access to ECITB Creatio.

This is time for you to prepare for launch by setting up your training and testing in ECITB Creatio. This includes checking your organisation details and staff user accounts, creating bookings, updating learner records, and adding learners to bookings so that you are ready to start delivery after launch.

Please do not submit any courses, training, results or grades during set up week.

If you do not have anything booked between Monday 7th September and Friday 11th September, we will not contact you about set up week. You will receive your login on Monday 7th September and be able to access ECITB Creation to up your courses and start delivery.

When is set up week?

Set up week runs from Tuesday 1st September to Friday 4th September. Due to the launch date, we cannot offer access outside these dates.

Is the ECITB Creatio website that we use in set up week different from the normal ECITB Creatio site?

No. The set-up site is a live site, so anything you enter or do will affect the live ECITB Creatio site. This is why we ask that you do not submit any courses, training, results or grades.

Do I need a login to access set up week, and what if I already have a login for ECITB Creatio?

We’ll send your set up week login details on Tuesday 1st September. The email will come from system@creatio.org.uk. If you cannot see the email, please check your junk folder, then email programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk if the email is not there. This email will also contain a link to access the site.

This login is for the live site, and you will not receive another email on Monday 7th September.
