These live webinars will show you the end-to-end processes for ECITB Creatio and, if you deliver Technical Tests, ECITB eAssess. You’ll see the benefits, have the chance to ask questions, and feel more prepared and confident ahead of launch.

When are the webinars happening?

Webinars run from Tuesday 28^th July to Thursday 6^th August. Each webinar lasts an hour. 

Who needs to attend the webinars, and can someone attend in my absence?

Anyone who currently uses MSP should attend. If someone who uses MSP cannot attend, please email us at programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk and we’ll discuss how we can support them.

AI note takers will not be accepted into the webinars. 

Can I just watch the recording of the demonstration webinar instead of attending?

The webinar recordings will not be shared afterwards. Instead, we’ll provide user guides on our knowledge site ready, meaning the live webinar is the best way to see the full processes, ask questions, and feel confident ahead of launch.

In mid-August, we’ll open the ECITB Creatio practice site so you can explore the system before launch. Attending the webinars first will help you get more value from the practice site. Click here for more information on our practice week.

There are several webinars set up, which ones should I attend?
 For flexibility, there are several webinars under the same topic. You only need to attend one webinar for what you deliver, so choose the date and time that works best for you. You can attend more than one session to build your confidence if you wish. 

The webinars are 

• Courses: how to create a booking for any training course or programme.
• Technical Tests: how to create a booking for any training course or programme and use ECITB eAssess to complete the tests.

• CCNSG courses: how to create a booking for CCNSG National and Renewal courses.
• CCNSG online renewal test: how to create a booking for CCNSG online renewal test and use ECITB eAssess to complete the test process.

How do I attend a webinar? 
 We will send you invites for all the webinars. You only need to attend one webinar for each training and test you deliver, so choose the date and time that works best for you. You can attend more than one session to build your confidence if you wish.
