What is ‘practice week’ on ECITB Creatio and ECTIB eAssess?

Practice week is where we give you access to ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess so you can explore the systems before launch. Our demonstration webinars will help you get familiar with the system first, so you can make the most of practice week. Click here for more information on our demonstration webinars. 

We’ll also share user guides with end-to-end processes to help you explore and feel prepared for launch.

Who needs to experience practice week?

Anyone who currently uses MSP should experience practice week. 

When is practice week and what do I do if I cannot attend?

Practice week runs from Monday 17^th August to Friday 21^st August. Due to the launch date, we cannot offer practice time outside these dates.

Is the practice site different from the normal ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess sites?

Yes. The practice sites are in a test environment, so anything you enter or do there will not affect the live sites.

Do I need a login to access practice week?

We’ll send your practice week login details on Monday 17^th August. The emails will come from system@creatio.org.uk and noreply@ecomscotland.com. If you cannot see the email, please check your junk folder, then email programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk if it still has not arrived. The emails will also contain a link to access the site. 

You do not need to send us a list of people who need a login. 

This login is only for practice week and will not work on the live ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess sites when they launch. 

I already have a login for ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess, do I still need a login for the practice sites?

Yes. The practice site is a separate test environment, so your usual logins will not work.

Do we need to email you a list of people who need logins for the practice sites?

No, we will automatically email you on Monday 17^th August.

What do I do if my ECITB Creatio account is locked, or I have forgotten my password and / or username 

If the account is locked, wait 5 minutes and try logging in again, otherwise contact programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk. Your username is your email address.

What do I do if my ECITB eAssess account is locked, or I have forgotten my password and / or username?

Please email us on programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk. 

How do I access the practice sites?

You will receive emails from system@creatio.org.uk and noreply@ecomscotland.com on Monday 17^th August containing your login details and a link to the site. If you cannot see the emails, please check your junk folder, then email programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk if the email is not there.

We will share more detailed information about practice week as we get closer to Monday 17^th August.
