What is an open call?
An open call is a Teams call hosted by our IT team and system experts. It works like live chat: add your question to the Teams chat and one of the team will respond. This should be quicker than emailing us.
When will the open calls be available?
Open calls will be available during:
- Set up week - Tuesday 1st September to Friday 4th September. Only those who have courses or training during launch week (Monday 7th September till Friday 11th September) will be invited to the open call.
- From our launch date - Monday 7th September. Open to all ATPS, the post launch open call will be set up for a few weeks and can be closed or extended depending on use.
Is the open call private?
No. The open call will be available to all training providers invited to the call. You can mute the Teams chat if you do not want notifications for other conversations.
How does the open call work?
Add your question to the Teams chat, and one of our team will review it. We will respond in the chat where possible or contact you separately if the query is more complex.
Can I still email you?
Yes. You can still email us at programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk. For launch-related questions, the open call should give you a faster response and helps us monitor where further support may be needed and prevents the programme admin email becoming overwhelmed.
We will share more detailed information about the open calls before they are set to start.
If you have any questions, email us at programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk.
