We are thrilled to announce that we are replacing our Membership Service Portal (MSP) with two new systems, ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess. The upgrade is part of ECITB’s ongoing commitment to provide you with the best possible service. The new systems will enhance our efficiency, improve your experience and ensure that we continue to meet your needs with the highest standards of reliability and performance.

ECITB Creatio

Creatio is a web-based system which will manage the end-to-end learner registration, scheduling of training, testing, completion and certification processes for all ECITB licenced products including CCNSG, all training (PEP, HSO, site operations, upskill, supervision, project control, RCC-M etc), all PCAS training and all technical tests.

ECITB eAssess

eAssess is a flexible and secure web-based online assessment system for conducting online tests.  eAssess offers robust reporting functionalities, providing detailed insights into test results. It also offers ECITB the ability to continually improve the robustness of our technical tests.

Membership Portal Service access removed from 5pm GMT Friday 10th April 2026

MSP access for all training providers will be removed at 5pm GMT Friday 10th April. Please ensure any training that finishes before this date is completed and certified in MSP before this deadline.

You may schedule training to take place after 10th April in MSP, for the purpose of it appearing on the ECITB website, however it will need to be rescheduled and certified in Creatio.

If you already have training and/or testing scheduled in MSP for after 5pm GMT on Friday 10th April please email programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk

ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess Go live 01:00am GMT 12th April

From 01:00am GMT Sunday 12th April you will need to use Creatio for all learner registrations, scheduling of tests, results and certification and eAssess for conducting online tests and downloading reports.

Testing ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess

An important part of any system launch is operational testing. This is where we test the systems just before launch. Testing for Creatio and eAssess is taking place from 9am GMT Monday 2nd February – 4pm GMT Friday 13th February and we would love your support. We ask for no more than 2 hours of your time during the testing period, and we will give you all the support you need, in the form of a briefing session, an open group call and full instructions. For more information, please review our testing documentation on our knowledge site here.

If you would like to get involved, please email us at programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk.
