* Stronger security with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Security is at the heart of the new system, protecting both training provider and learner data. That’s why ECITB Creatio uses multi-factor authentication (MFA).

What does this mean for you?

• When you log in, a quick verification step helps keep your account secure.
• You’re likely already using MFA for everyday apps and websites, so this will feel familiar.
• Just before launch, you’ll receive clear guidance with your login details, and our team will be on hand to support you with MFA if needed – so you can get started with confidence.

* Simpler access with role-based permissions

We’ve made logging in and getting work done easier than ever.

What does this mean for you?

• ECITB Creatio user accounts are simple and easy to use.
• With ECITB Creatio, everything is brought together so you can complete tasks in one place without navigating between role-specific areas. We’ll share more details about role-based access ahead of launch.

* Support Every Step of the Way

We’re ensuring you’re set up for success, with a complete suite of support in place before launch.

What does this mean for you?

• All users will be invited to demonstration webinars, tailored to the courses and training you deliver, where we’ll walk through key activities and processes and you can ask questions. All demo webinar videos will be shared on our knowledge site.
• These demo video’s, along with user guides, FAQs, and other step-by-step resources will be available on our Knowledge site here from our launch date for you to access when you need them. 
• When we launch, we will set up an open support call where you can dial in with your questions and queries when needed, with our experts on hand to support you there and then.

* Certificate validation 

From our launch, all certificates and cards e.g. CCNSG, IHSP will include a QR code that can be scanned to verify authenticity. When scanned, the learner’s name, qualification title, and date awarded will appear and should match the details shown on the presented certificate. Organisational logos will also be automatically added to all certificates.

Certificates are downloaded as a zip file containing all certificates for learners registered on a booking form. Each certificate will have a filename that includes the learner’s name.
