ECITB Creatio log in email 

You should have already received your ECITB Creatio log in email on Tuesday 1^st September for use during set up week. This is your log in for launch as well. 

If you cannot see the email, check your junk mail folder. The email will come from system@creatio.org.uk. If the email is not there, drop us a message us in our launch open call and we will get back to you. For more information on the launch open call, click here.

If you already have a log in for ECITB Creatio because you use the system for our regulated products, then this will also be your log in for launch. 

ECITB Creatio log in issues 

Your username is your email address.

If you get locked out of ECITB Creatio, wait 5 minutes and try logging in again, otherwise message us in our launch week open call. For more information on the launch open call, click here.

If you are a general user and have forgotten your password, ask your inhouse super user to reset it for you or contact us on programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk.

ECITB eAssess

ECITB eAssess log in email 

You will only receive an email for ECITB eAssess if you deliver technical tests, knowledge tests or CCNSG online renewal only. If you do get an email for ECITB eAssess but do not delivery any of the above, you can simply delete the ECITB eAssess email.

ECITB eAssess log in issues 

If your ECITB eAssess account is locked, or you have forgotten your password and / or username please email us on eassess-support@ecitb.org.uk.  

Staff log ins 

If you have a missing staff member, these are still being added to centres. If you are ready to add grades or book a test session, please email the staff name and email address to programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk marking the email urgent.

Staff do not automatically receive logins for ECITB Creatio and ECITB eAssess when added to your center. If you want your staff to have access to ECITB Creatio or ECITB eAssess, please contact us on programmeadmin@ecitb.org.uk.
