MSP Historical data
We appreciate you may need access to historical data stored in MSP
- Access to MSP will remain available until 30 April 2026.
- Data in MSP will include information up to and including 16 January 2026.
- Any data generated after 16 January 2026 will be available in ECITB Connect Grant.
You can still raise claims, commitments and add new entrants in MSP up to and including the 16 January 2026. From noon on 19 January all claims, commitments and new entrants should be processed through ECITB Connect Grant and access to MSP will be for historical data only.
Auto Claims
From 19 January 2026, auto claims will no longer exist as we launch Connect Grant. Once live, please submit claims for ECITB training courses (courses delivered by ECITB-approved providers e.g., MJI, SBT, Project Controls) using the same process as any other training claim on ECITB Connect Grant.
If you are a bulk claimant, ensure that ECITB training courses are included in your bulk training template. Please contact your relationship manager to update this.
